CARRIAGE

UK:  Orders under £100 net will be charged £6.80 postage and packing. The customer will not be charged carriage on orders of £100 (net) or more.
Export:  The customer will be charged carriage on export deliveries.

CREDIT TERMS

Credit will not be offered to first time customers who should pay in advance.  For other customers a credit period of 30 days from date of invoice will apply, at the discretion of Liz and Pip Limited.  An interest charge of 2% of the outstanding invoice value per month or part thereof from the date of invoice will be levied on any accounts remaining unpaid beyond the due date.

PRICES

The charges or prices on the order form and price list are linked to the cost of obtaining materials, goods and their manufacture.  Increases in such costs, including tax, exchange rates and duty, or in the list prices, shall entitle Liz and Pip Limited to increase the charges or prices in respect of any goods despatched subsequent to an increase.

PRODUCT CHANGES

Without notice Liz and Pip Limited reserves the right to add to or delete from the range or modify the specification of products.
  
DELIVERY

Any date specified by Liz and Pip Limited for delivery of the goods are intended to be an estimate only and time for delivery shall not be of the essence.  Liz and Pip Limited shall not be liable to make good any damage or loss of whatever nature including any consequential losses whether arising directly or indirectly out of delay in delivery.

CLAIMS

Any delivery shortages, discrepancies or other claims including claims for damaged goods must be notified in writing within seven days of receipt by the customer to Liz and Pip Limited.  Liz and Pip Limited will not be responsible for any delivery shortages, discrepancies or other claims if not notified within such seven days.

TITLE

All goods remain the legal and beneficial property of Liz and Pip Limited until full payment has been received.  The goods shall be at the risk of the customer from the time of delivery.  If the buyer commits any breach of his obligations to Liz and Pip Ltd including failure to pay for the goods by the due date, Liz and Pip Limited shall be entitled to repossess such goods without prior notice (including if necessary to enter the customer's premises or require the customer to immediately return or reasonably make available for collection by Liz and Pip Limited such goods).
